I understand that Giant Campus provides course rewards (e.g. computers, digital music players, software, etc.) as is. Giant Campus is not offering warranty, technical support, setup assistance, or any other technical assistance whatsoever in conjunction with an awarded prize. By accepting the reward, I give Giant Campus permission to use my likeness and name for any promotional materials associated with the Giant Campus training program, including but not limited to having my name posted on the Giant Campus website. I understand that each reward is limited to one per household per 12 months. If my name is randomly selected a second time for the same reward, I understand I will not receive that reward and another participant will be selected. I understand that I must acknowledge the notification of this reward within two (2) weeks from notification or I forfeit my reward and another participant will be selected.
